Night Porter

The Cork International Hotel is now seeking applications for the role of a Night Porter. The ideal candidate will be able to provide a high level of customer service and also have the ability to deal with any guests' queries.

We are open to speaking to candidates who may wish to work on a full time basis.

Responsibilities will include:

• To provide a polite and efficient porter service to all guests and customers of the hotel, with the objective of achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
• To cover Reception desk at night providing all Reception services to guests.
• To serve any guests in the lobby area as requested;
• To ensure the security of all guests and customers and of the hotel complex.

Qualifications / Skills

• Previous experience in a customer facing role in a hotel environment
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Ability to work on own initiative
