Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to grow in a team environment.
  • Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the business cycle as a sales professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and promote opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by proactively identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
