We have recently announced our plans to develop a new dealership for Toyota in Naas. We have ambitious plans for further growth and are now looking to recruit a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician.
In this role you will be working in a busy workshop with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer vehicles are maintained and repaired to a high standard in accordance with Toyota guidelines. As this is a busy dealership experience is essential, but ongoing training is provided.
We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual, who works well as part of a team and willing to learn the "Toyota Way".

The ideal candidate will:
- Be fully qualified as a Toyota Motor mechanic.
- Will have 3+ years' experience in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics.
- Will be capable of producing quality work in a busy fast paced environment.
- Candidates will be comfortable working in a team environment as well as having the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Used to working in an environment where quality, efficiency and productivity are important.
- Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
- Possess strong organisational and planning skills.
- Work well under pressure.
- IT Literate
- Hold a full, valid and current drivers' licence
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified.
- To service & repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' guidelines and dealership quality standards.
- Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and Toyota standards.
- Complete relevant service documentation (Job sheets, PDI's, service reports) in line with warranty and Dealer requirements.
- Ensure that workshop housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
- Examining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Notifying service advisors immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
