Microsoft Delivery Lead

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. This client-facing role combines project leadership with business insight, enabling you to guide organisations through impactful digital transformation journeys using Microsoft Power Platform.

As a trusted advisor and delivery lead, you will drive successful implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and strong business outcomes 

 Lead & Deliver
• Own the end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into tailored Power Platform solutions.
• Manage project & support teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Engage & Communicate
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and trusted guidance.
• Run workshops, gather requirements and conduct solution demonstrations to support client decision-making and understanding.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from business and technical backgrounds, ensuring alignment at every stage.

Support & Improve
• Oversee post-launch support, ensuring smooth transitions and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, sharing lessons learned and promoting best practices.
• Stay informed about new features and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem, recommending innovative approaches to clients.

Contribute to Growth
• Support business development through client presentations, tender responses, and participation in industry events. 
• Help shape proposals that articulate clear business value and achievable outcomes for prospective clients 

•A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems). 

•Demonstrated success delivering Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform projects in client-facing roles.
• Strong leadership with the ability to energise and align multi-disciplinary teams. 
• Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a solution-focused mindset. 
• Comfort working in Agile or similar delivery methodologies. 
• Microsoft Certifications 
• Project management credentials (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus. 
• Experience with technical aspects such as JavaScript is helpful, but not essential if you can guide and manage technical experts effectively
