Merchandising/Retail Assistant FT/PT

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the Pro-shop retail and general Golf Operations activities.
• Take a leading role in identifying and capitalising on retail trends.
• Work with the Golf Manager on merchandise purchasing.
• Provide a warm and welcoming reception and environment for all patrons.
• Daily promotion Pro-shop goods to maximise sales. 
• Regular display cleaning, merchandising, replenishing and stock management.
• Process bookings and tee-time requests including email and telephone enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist with point-of-sale activities including cash handling and other functions. 
• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all resort-wide products and services
• Promote and upsell site wide services and facilities where possible.
• Communicate operational and management information to golfers as required.
• Any duties required by management to ensure the delivery of 5-star service.
