As a Mechanical Site Supervisor:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
- Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and plans.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction industry standards.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Relevant certifications (SafePass, IPAF, Forklift, etc.) and trade qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to project challenges.
Mechanical Site Supervisor Skills:
- Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and other building services.
- Ensure all mechanical works are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any technical issues that arise.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Review drawings, plans, and material specifications, ensuring accuracy and readiness for installation.
- Provide leadership and support to site personnel, ensuring high standards of workmanship and a proactive problem-solving approach.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE but you can expect of a salary of at least €60,000 plus package to include vehicle & more.
