You will be involved in the designing, coordinating, and overseeing mechanical installations like HVAC systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire suppression, and mechanical maintenance across a range of high-profile projects such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, Pharma, Industrial & Data Centres.

Mechanical Engineer Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within the construction or building services sector.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building services.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical design software is an advantage.
- Experience with project coordination, load calculations, and mechanical system design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
- Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
As a Mechanical Services Project Manager:
- Assist in the design and specification of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Carry out load calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and system optimizations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and reports.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Support commissioning and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria.
- Ensure health & safety compliance across all mechanical engineering activities.
- Assist in the procurement process by evaluating mechanical equipment and materials.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least to €60,000 plus package to include vehicle, phone, laptop & more.
