We are now recruiting a Marketing Executive to join the Adare Manor team.

As a Marketing Executive at Adare Manor you will be responsible for:

• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple segments, ensuring alignment with the Adare Manor brand strategy.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to promote their specific offerings and initiatives.
• Create, manage, and update internal and external communications materials to ensure brand consistency.
• Drive internal communications initiatives and champion employee engagement programs.
• Coordinate and deliver special events, promotions, and brand collaborations across key partnerships (e.g., skincare, golf, beverages).
• Support public relations efforts by liaising with PR agencies in New York, London, and Dublin, organizing media visits, managing itineraries, conducting property tours, and responding to media inquiries.
• Assist with the development and management of visual communications projects, including video production, photography, and illustration, from concept planning to final distribution.
• Contribute to the implementation of the awards and accolades strategy to enhance Adare Manor's global rankings and reputation.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for revenue growth.
• Participate fully in Marketing Team initiatives, supporting additional projects and tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar marketing role. Experience in working in a busy demanding environment across multiple disciplines and ability to easily move from strategy to execution, prioritising of tasks based on the biggest business impact. A Professional Qualification (minimum Level 7 under the QQI Framework) in Marketing or Digital Marketing is essential.
