Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of their facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment

• Design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures and methods

• Ensure constant supply of electrical services and mechanical services for the site

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians and other staff

• Schedule and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

• Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities do not disrupt production or other operations

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment

• Keep up-to-date with new maintenance technologies and techniques, and implement them as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferably or Electrical Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Automated equipment experience, controls, PLC Software desirable
