Location: Dublin (Easily commutable from Lucan, Palmerstown, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot, Tallaght, Citywest, Drimnagh, Dublin City Centre, North Wicklow, Naas, Kilcock, Celbridge & Maynooth)
Hours: Monday-Saturday (Rotating Shifts: 7am Week 1 / 4am Week 2)

Your Role: Mechanical Maintenance Technician
In this hands-on role, you'll be the go-to problem solver keeping essential production lines running at peak performance. This isn't just another maintenance job - it's a high-responsibility position with real ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical repairs on high-speed packing, automation, and complex electro/mechanical/pneumatic systems
- Proactively identify maintenance needs - not just wait for breakdowns
- Minimise downtime through smart diagnostics and rapid response
- Set up and change over machines for different product lines
- Support facility-wide upkeep and improvements
- Work closely with production to keep operations smooth and efficient
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Fully or partially qualified in a mechanical trade (e.g., Fitter, Motor Mechanic, Maintenance Technician)
- Strong all-round mechanical skills and the ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with automation systems and modern production environments
- A flexible approach to rotating early start times (7am and 4am shifts)
Open to motor mechanics looking to switch gears into the production world and kickstart a longer-term career in manufacturing.
