Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Handyman assistant to support the maintenance and upkeep of our units. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairs, general maintenance, and cleaning. Practical knowledge and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
• Carry out painting and minor refurbishments to maintain property standards.
• Conduct cleaning and upkeep of units to ensure a tidy and functional environment.
• Assess and address maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends, to accommodate the needs of the units.

Requirements:

• A valid B driving license is mandatory.
• Prior experience in repairs, maintenance, and related tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to handle varying schedules.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Relevant certifications in maintenance or related fields.
