The Revenue Ops, Analytics team is passionate about using data to help make better decisions and serve insights with strategic implications. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Data Analyst for LTV who is excited to apply their analytical and engineering skills to increase customer retention for the GVCC team. You’ll be working closely with Marketing, Sales and IT, and will play an important role in driving the growth of one of Logitech’s fastest growing BGs (Video Collaboration). Sounds like you?

Your Contribution:

  • Extract data sets from multiple data platforms and perform data cleaning and quality. Data sources will include: Digital marketing platforms, MAP Data & Platform, CRM Data & Platforms, Tracking and Analytics data sets, Email marketing platform, Traditional Marketing data sets.

  • Become an expert on our customer journey and implement a data-driven process to re-engage customers and increase conversion rates

  • Support a targeted, comprehensive LTV strategy to drive incremental conversions and revenue from our existing customer base

  • Work with analytics team to develop and maintain customer LTV dashboards and reporting for the company

  • Identify and define the key KPIs that will be measured to track, optimize, and grow our LTV efforts

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, with a focus on building data dashboards and/or analyzing large data sets to solve problems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field

  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau

  • An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders

  • High attention to detail including precise and effective communications
