Metec are looking for a Sustainability Consultant with LEED AP Experience - Position is On -Site based in Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland. To be eligible for this position, you must hold a working Visa.

Our highly qualified and experienced team provide an end-to-end solution that encapsulates good design and innovation.

The Role:

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a sustainability consultant who shares our values of sustainability, energy saving and building performance.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Previous LEED project experience (at least 2-3 projects.) as either the primary LEED certification consultant or in a support role
  • Engineering, Architectural or Science background is a preference
  • LEED Accredited Professional
  • Experience with IES software, Building Regulations, BREEAM, WELL, Life Cycle Assessments and embodied carbon analysis would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication, research and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English

Key Tasks will be as below:

  • Oversee entire LEED documentation & certification process
  • Communicating/delivering best practices, requirements and guidelines to the project team
  • Design management for green buildings targeting certifications and sustainability strategies
  • Develop sustainability reports and drawings as necessary
  • Present project findings to external/internal team members and client representatives
  • Research and innovation with regards to up-to date sustainability trends and technologies
