Job Title: L1 Customer Support Representative
Location: Remote

I'm recruiting for a leading fintech company providing an innovative platform for audit and accounting firms to verify financial data securely. Their mission is to bring transparency and efficiency to financial audits, helping firms meet regulatory requirements with ease.

Role Overview
As a Level 1 Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for the clients users, ensuring a seamless experience by resolving queries efficiently. You'll work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, escalate more complex concerns, and contribute to improving their support processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support via email, chat, and phone to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
* Guide users through product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant teams.
* Log and track customer interactions in the ticketing system.
* Contribute to FAQs, help documentation, and knowledge base articles.
* Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and development teams.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a SaaS, fintech, or tech environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to learn and explain technical concepts clearly.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
* Experience in the fintech or accounting industry is a bonus.
