Job Description:


Manages relationship between strategic key accounts, partnerships & alliances. Act as their contact into Sage & facilitate solid working relationships with the channel & internally with the various relevant Sage departments.


Key Responsibilities:


Managing the lifecycle and development of new & existing Key Accounts/Alliances within the Medium & Small Segment for Sage Ireland.

Work closely with their defined group of accounts to enable success and align them with Sage growth initiatives and strategies.

Assist key accounts/partnerships & alliances and act as their contact into Sage, by facilitating solid working relationships with the channel and internally through the various Sage departments.

Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics in all dealings/relationships – internally and externally

Work closely with established accounts to drive Sage best practices and identify opportunities to accelerate the adoption of SBC solutions

•Establish solid working relationships across organizational stake holders within Sage to drive account success and be an effective advocate for the Indirect Channel team

Identify new partnership opportunities and engage the relevant stakeholders to build a compelling GTM strategy.

Manage the new accounts onboarding process and Due Diligence; acting as the point of contact for new accounts , assisting them to successfully navigate Sage to ensure that they deliver againts the objectives

Manage on-going communication with ensuring that they have access to tools and resources to actively encourage revenue growth and development;

Address account concerns and pro-actively contribute to the the channel success by issue identification and feedback to Sage, creating visibility on the challenges they experience and influencing the organisation to drive awareness and resolution

Maintain a commercial awareness of the relevant contracts, benefits, obligations and Sage policies
