Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Cleanroom Business Unit and Cleanroom Ireland Textiles business.
- Preparing periodic financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Performing controls over revenue lines, invoices, accruals, payroll, personnel-related expenses, and expense accruals.
- Participating in the Monthly Close Cycle and identifying variations in financial data.
- Providing financial analysis and reports/presentations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Conducting feasibility and profitability analyses for projects and offers.
- Ensuring optimal cash management by monitoring invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Developing and implementing financial controls to comply with internal audit and business best practices.
- Serving as the point of contact for queries from local management and the parent company in Germany.
Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- At least 2 years of industry experience in finance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Financial modeling experience is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A keen interest in continuous learning and adding value.
Hours of Work:
This role is a full time position, 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
