Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Finance Business Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Cleanroom Business Unit and Cleanroom Ireland Textiles business.
• Preparing periodic financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Performing controls over revenue lines, invoices, accruals, payroll, personnel-related expenses, and expense accruals.
• Participating in the Monthly Close Cycle and identifying variations in financial data.
• Providing financial analysis and reports/presentations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting feasibility and profitability analyses for projects and offers.
• Ensuring optimal cash management by monitoring invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Developing and implementing financial controls to comply with internal audit and business best practices.
• Serving as the point of contact for queries from local management and the parent company in Germany.

Required Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• At least 2 years of industry experience in finance.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus.
• Financial modeling experience is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A keen interest in continuous learning and adding value.

Hours of Work:

This role is a full time position, 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.
