Join a dynamic team as an IT Systems Administrator. Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company's IT infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will ensure the smooth operation of systems, providing top-notch technical support to our manufacturing facilities and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing and maintaining our servers, networks, and hardware to ensure optimal performance
- Providing expert technical support to our employees, resolving issues with Microsoft 365 applications and network access
- Safeguarding the security and integrity of our data, systems, and networks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and upgrades
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions to improve efficiency
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- A strong background in IT systems administration, with proven experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is required
