We have partnered alongside an organisation in Wexford, my client is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Active Directory, and McAfee anti-virus software, providing on-site and remote support. This opportunity is a hybrid working style, you must have a full irish driving license as travel might be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Administer and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft SharePoint, including site configuration, user permissions, and integration.
  • Manage user accounts, group policies, and authentication issues within Active Directory environments.
  • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot McAfee anti-virus software across client systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across various platforms.

Requirements:
3+ years experience in a similar role (Technical support / field engineer)
3+ years experience with device management
Expererience with Sharepoint Support
Full Irish Driving License
