IT Support Engineer (Level 2) required for an international software solutions company based in Dublin. This is a permanent role joining an established team providing operational support to all internal users. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international company. What is involved:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support to all internal users via Phone and chat
- Resolve all assigned tickets in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the support team and prioritise urgent requests
- Support users on all Business applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
- Hardware support as required
- Work with different teams on adhoc projects as required
What is required:
- 2+ years’ experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international Company
- Experience with the following:
- O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, powershell
- Network: Switches and firewalls
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Experience with ITIL is a plus
