IT Support Engineer (Level 2) required for an international software solutions company based in Dublin. This is a permanent role joining an established team providing operational support to all internal users. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international company. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in an expanding company working with cutting edge technology.

What is involved:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support to all internal users via Phone and chat
  • Resolve all assigned tickets in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the support team and prioritise urgent requests
  • Support users on all Business applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Hardware support as required
  • Work with different teams on adhoc projects as required


What is required:

  • 2+ years’ experience providing level 1 & 2 support in an international Company
  • Experience with the following:
    • O365, Windows 10, Active Directory, powershell
    • Network: Switches and firewalls
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience with ITIL is a plus
