We are partnered with a client who is looking for an IT Support Analyst who can support the field engineers with technical issues over the phone. This is not a field job - 2/3 days Hybrid in Dublin North. Remote troubleshooting support structure in place, they need basic IT and good analytical skills, fielding calls form engineers, understanding of networks.

Role: TWO L1.5 Support Engineers (French-Speaking & Italian-Speaking)
Contract Duration: 3 months (potential extension)
Location: 3 Days On-site in North Dublin

Role Overview:

Our Client is seeking two L1.5 Support Engineers to assist with the rollout of a new EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system. These engineers will provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote troubleshooting, ensuring a smooth deployment and ongoing system stability.
  • One engineer must be fluent in French
  • One engineer must be fluent in Italian

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide L1.5 technical support for the EPOS system rollout.
✔ Assist clients via phone, email, and remote support tools.
✔ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the EPOS system would be an advantage
✔ Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when necessary.
✔ Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to knowledge base updates.
✔ Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition during the rollout phase.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in IT support (preferably with EPOS or retail systems).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Fluency in French (for one role) or Italian (for the other role).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
