-Position Overview:
-We are seeking an experienced International Student Recruitment & Business Development Executive (Sales) to drive growth in our international student enrolments and expand our global agent network.
-The successful candidate will have a well-developed network of trusted education partners as well as a strong track record in 360-degree sales, with a focus on Non-EU students, Mini Stay Groups, Junior Programmes, and direct sales/student recruitment.
-Key Responsibilities:
-• International Student Recruitment:
-o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract international students from key markets, with particular emphasis on developing our EU business footprint.
-o Identify and establish relationships with international agents, schools, universities, and partners to increase student recruitment.
-o Manage the recruitment process from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students (inbound & outbound sales prospecting).

• Business Development:
-o Expand the school's network of partners and agents globally to generate new business opportunities. This will involve travel to relevant events where appropriate (ICEF, ALPHE, Market Visits)
-o Identify and pursue new markets and channels for student recruitment, including direct sales, online platforms, and education fairs.
-o Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to promote the school's programmes and increase market reach.
-o Create targeted sales campaigns to promote Junior Programmes, Mini Stay Groups, and language courses.

• Programme Management:
-o Collaborate with the academic team to ensure that all programmes (Junior, Mini Stay, and Adult Courses) meet the needs and expectations of international students.
-o Oversee the planning and execution of Mini Stay and Junior Programmes, including coordination with local service providers.
-o Provide support and guidance to prospective students and partners on visa processes, accommodation, and other aspects of student life in Dublin.

• Sales:
-o Drive direct sales of programmes through various channels, including education fairs, online campaigns, and direct outreach.
-o In co-ordination with our marketing team aid in the developments of promotional materials, presentations, and content for online and offline marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and partners.
-o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:
-• Experience:
-o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international student recruitment, business development & sales, or a related role, with a strong focus on European markets.
-o Proven track record of 360-degree sales, including lead generation, conversion, and follow-up.
-o Experience working with Mini Stay Groups, Junior Programmes, and other international student programmes.
-o Experience in direct sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
-o Deep knowledge of the education sector, particularly English Language Training, in Ireland and knowledge of international student mobility, market preferences & potential visa requirements.

-o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with international partners.
-o Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
-o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify new business opportunities and address challenges.
-o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-o Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.

• Qualifications:
-o Degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
-o Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a distinct advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Korean, Japanese, Turkish) .
-o Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment fairs, events, and partner meetings.

Salary:
-The salary range is €40,000 to €50,000 depending on experience.
