Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an ongoing development in County Kildare.

Post contract variation assessments duties / CSA background

Fluent English

YOU MUST HAVE AUTHORITY TO WORK IN IRELAND

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of cost estimates and budgets

• Procurement of materials and sub-contractors

• Measurement and valuation of works

• Contract administration and management

• Cost control and reporting

• Final account preparation

Requirements:

• Relevant degree 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Full driving license
