Industrial Cleaner Operative
Location: Dublin 8, Republic of Ireland
Salary: €14.50 per hour + Sodexo Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week (6:00am start)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

At Sodexo in Dublin 8, we’re looking for a dedicated Industrial Cleaner Operative to help keep our site running safely and smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll be essential to ensuring hygiene standards are met and exceeded across industrial and production areas. What you’ll do:
Carry out deep cleaning across industrial areas, including production spaces and high-use zones
Operate specialist cleaning machinery with care and in line with training and safety procedures
Follow environmental procedures for waste handling and disposal
Maintain clear and accurate cleaning records, reporting issues as needed
Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to maintain site standards
What you bring:
Previous experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning environment (full training provided)
A methodical approach and the ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to hygiene excellence
Strong time management and a dependable attitude
A safety-conscious approach and willingness to learn new skills
