The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives
- Provide strategic input to senior management on HR-related matters
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and policies
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies
- Manage succession planning initiatives
3. Performance Management
- Design and implement performance evaluation systems
- Guide managers in conducting effective performance reviews
- Develop performance improvement plans when necessary
4. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate programs
- Manage the implementation of training initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Conduct regular market research to ensure salary competitiveness
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
6. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and strong organisational culture
- Manage employee grievances and conflicts
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
7. HR Information Systems
- Oversee the implementation and management of HRIS
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
- Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports
8. Compliance and Legal
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations
- Ensure organisational compliance with all applicable laws
- Manage workplace investigations when necessary
Ideal Background:
- Human Resources Management Qualification (level 8+)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- CIPD certification preferred
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

What We Offer:
Full-time onsite position with evening and weekend availability
Competitive Salary: €38,000-55,000
6-month probationary period with view to permanency
