Job Purpose:
To professionally lead the care team during any span of duty, ensuring that a safe, effective and efficient care service is maintained that meets the needs of residents.
We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Dundalk Care Centre, Inner Relief Road, Marsh South, Dundalk, Co Louth A91 TKE8).
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
• Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
• Engage residents
Desirable Qualifications:
• FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
• Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
• At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.

Salary:
• Minimum €29,994.12 per year - €14.79 per hour (based on a minimum 39-hour week).
