What You'll Do:
- Engage with individuals via phone and email to assess their health insurance needs, tailoring solutions to their unique requirements.
- Conduct detailed consultations and prepare personalised recommendations.
- Manage renewals and daily queries for existing customers, ensuring top-notch service.
- Proactively contact customers due for renewal, offering expert guidance and assistance.
- Keep CRM system updated with your interactions and achievements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest products and industry trends through ongoing training.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent with in-depth knowledge of health insurance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- A track record of achieving targets and delivering client-focused solutions.
- APA Insurance qualified.
- Self-motivated, team player, and proficient with basic computer and analytical skills.
