Head Grower/Gardener

We are looking for someone to head up the vegetable enterprise on our farm. We operate a small-scale market garden principally to supply our farm shop between April and November. 

We operate using no-dig principles on standardised 75cm beds. We also have a 3-acre forest garden.
We are looking for an open-minded, independent individual whose roles will include;

• Management of vegetable production, nursery and forest garden
• The organisation of the volunteer workforce
• Assistance with other farm roles outside of the vegetable garden*

*We have a large farm with multiple enterprises (lamb, beef, eggs), the successful applicant will be expected to lend a hand in other aspects of the farm when time allows.
