This position will be 5 days over 7, working morning and afternoon shifts, there will be no evening/late night work.
Key responsibilities:
- To lead the canteam chefs in menu writting & producing quality, nutritous & varied meals for our team across our employee restaurants (3 onsite).
- To take responsibility for all food ordering and supplier relationships for the canteam meals.
- To be responsible for the training needs of the canteam chefs.
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow all health and safety procedures.
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 4 years' experience in another hotel.
