Are you a passionate leader with a flair for hospitality? We have an exciting new Gastro Bar opening in the heart of the Dublin in 2025. This new location will have 3 floors for our customers to create memorable experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Lead with Passion: Inspire and motivate our team to deliver outstanding service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Guest Experience: Build strong relationships with our guests, responding to their needs and feedback to enhance their experience.
- Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager within the hospitality industry.
- A General Manager that is capable of building and driving a team that excel in Customer Service.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of restaurant/bar management software and POS systems.
- A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
