At The K Club we are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener.

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:  

  • Reporting to our Assistant Resort Gardener, you would look after the care & maintenance of all Estate Gardens, Greenhouse, Walled Garden, Straffan House, Resort & Golf Course Landscape areas
  • To ensure continuous maintenance of the gardens to the highest standards, with particular attention given to high-impact areas such as the entrance, avenue, clubhouses and hotel.
  • To continue to improve the K Club's maintenance goals, policies and procedures and ensure adherence of all relevant regulations, guidelines and standards for Estate Landscape upkeep.
  • To assist in Golf Course operational duties including maintenance works and weekend work, where necessary.
  • To assist in other areas of the Resort if required

 

How we see you: 

  • Preferable to have previous experience in Gardening, a horticultural qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Have a basic knowledge of plants and their maintenance and have a passion for gardening
  • Must have a full drivers license
  • Have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Will be flexible in their working hours when required
  • Will possess excellent communication skills
  • Be willing to work a weekend roster
