Full Time Supervisor

We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a bright, hard-working Supervisor to join the bustling and vibrant Marqette located in Terminal 1, Dublin Airport.

The ideal candidate will:

     Have at least 1 year previous experience as a cafe/restaurant supervisor or similar

     Have an outgoing and friendly personality

     Have excellent customer service skills

     Be a born people person and leader

     Be proficient in written and spoken English

     Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

     Training and development of staff

     Managing the day to day operations

     Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training

     Roster and stock controls

     To deal with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and report these to the General Manager

     To ensure all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.

     Provide and implement a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service in order to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant

     Provide ongoing staff training and motivation and to develop the skills of restaurant employees

     To provide ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas
