The Role

We are looking for a Commis Chef with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working at our busy hotel in Sligo Town. Working hours will include both weekdays and weekends.

This is position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and looking for the opportunity to learn from experienced chefs. There will be great opportunities to progress with our businesses for the right candidate. You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a busy hotel/restaurant environment.

The successful candidates will be required to be fully flexible and available to work different shift patterns.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' experience

Valid Work Permit for Ireland.

Good organisational skills are a must with a logical approach.

Excellent standard of English both verbal and written.
