Forklift Driver Nights

Sam Dennigan & Company uc. the largest Irish owned fresh produce and logistics Company based in North Co. Dublin, are currently recruiting for the position of Reach / Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Nights for our Nights Department in our busy Depot in Oldtown, Palmerstown, North Co. Dublin.

Job Purpose:

Loading and unloading warehouse material, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and identifying any damages to vehicles.

Responsibilities:

O To operate and manage industrial Forklift Trucks, to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks.

O Unloading materials from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places.

O Locating and moving stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.

O Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.

O Transport raw materials to production workstations.

O Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs.

O Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.

O Comply with Company Policies and legal guidelines.

O Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

Experience/Requirements:

O Proven experience as Forklift Operator.

O Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.

O Excellent coordination.

O Valid certification to operate Forklifts.

O Fluency in English.
