What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily F&B operations across our bars, restaurant, and events.

• Manage stock, rotas, and ensure top-notch service standards.
• Support senior management in delivering excellence.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or duty management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and great service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
