This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly scaling private equity-backed business dedicated to driving growth and excellence in their industry. As the Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to guide decision-making.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA/ACA/ACCA qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage).
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
