We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in a manufacturing environment in Lisnamuck, Co Longford
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, from 8 AM to 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- This hands-on role involves coordinating Hard and Soft Services, managing staff, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Assist staff in completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure work orders are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage contractor visits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Oversee cleaning standards, stock management, and asset tracking.
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor utilities and ensure cost-effective management.
- Generate reports on staff issues, KPIs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure efficient management of the Asset register. Ensuring all damaged FF&E is recorded and reported.
- Ensure any accidental and wilful damage is recorded and reported promptly
- Manage Time and Attendance records, manage and sign off on Annual leave requests, manage sick leave, staff queries.
- Manage staff training through Human Focus

Requirements:
- Experience in Facilities Management, including Hard and Soft Services.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and liaise with clients effectively.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance.
- A relevant qualification in Facilities Management, business, or a technical field.
- Garda Vetting required
