Job Title: ERP Change Manager
Contract Type: Contractor (6 to 9 months)

Opportunity:
The ERP Change Manager is responsible for managing the change process for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new ERP systems by all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of the ERP system.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the change process.
- Communication: Design, develop, and deliver effective communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Training and Support: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to ensure users are well-prepared to use the new ERP system.
- Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on change management activities, measuring success and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in change management, preferably within an ERP environment. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PROSCI, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with project management approaches and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP software.
