Stores Technician - Dundalk | Full-Time | Permanent
We're working with a global industrial supply company to find an experienced Stores Technician for a full-time, permanent role based on-site with a leading pharma biologics company in Dundalk.
The Role
You'll support daily operations including stores management and admin tasks. Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills and experience in a similar environment.
Hours:
39 hours per week, typically 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is available.
Key Duties:
Goods in/out, cycle counting, stock control
Picking, issuing, and returning parts
Responding to site requests and monitoring emails
Liaising with engineers, suppliers, and client staff
Using ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.)
Ad hoc admin tasks and Health & Safety compliance
What We're Looking For:
Strong stores background with admin experience
Pharma or GMP experience a plus
Confident using ERP systems and Excel
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Fluent English and a flexible, team-oriented attitude
Salary:
€30,000 - €33,000 per year, depending on experience.
