Electrical Engineer Skills:
 
  • You hold a degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the power and renewables sector, and are familiar with applicable electrical engineering standards and industry best practices.
  • Possess strong communication and influencing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively.
  • You are accurate, timely in producing results, and capable of managing tasks and schedules effectively.
  • Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid full driver's license.

As an Electrical Engineer:

 
  • Act as the lead Electrical Engineer within a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.
  • Provide in-depth technical design for projects, covering all aspects of High and Low voltage equipment, control, and protection systems.
  • Uphold a strong ethical approach to safety, quality, and sustainable design, ensuring all work adheres to specific site and company standards.
  • Develop and review schematic drawings and single-line diagrams, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Oversee the specification, selection, and procurement of a range of electrical equipment.
  • Prepare and interpret technical specifications and enquiry documentation, assisting with the preparation of technical and contract documentation.
  • Track progress against project schedules, issue progress reports, and communicate any potential issues or risks.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in adherence to health and safety standards, including the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.

The Package:

Salary will be DOE, but you can expect a salary of at least of €65000 plus rewards & benefits.
