SPAR are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Deli Assistant at our SPAR Store in Douglas St, Co.Cork

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
• Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.
• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.
• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.
• Prioritise and provide excellent customer care and service
• Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.
• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
