Customer Support Agent (Multilingual)

We are recruiting a new team of Customer Service Agents who speak fluent English and two other languages (French, Germany, Polish, Turkish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish are preferred). You will join a leading internet services provider in Dublin 4, to assist with the support of internet services to their customers/clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a very experienced team, and this is a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career in a rapidly expanding office. This team is responsible for improving their internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance.

This role will initially be on a 12-month contract with a view to extension.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

Your role will involve

• Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot complex be resolved quickly and provide update throughout resolution process.
• Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue in a timely manner.
• Monitor ongoing customer interactions with the product, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned.
• Review the data collected from tools to modify it with the right classify, to keep the tool improve classification accuracy.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years customer service experience, ideally in an internet type company or support their clients
• luent English and two other languages (French, Germany, Polish, Turkish, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish are preferred)
• Business experience of translating written material from English to native language a plus
• Strong IT skills
