As part of the senior management team, you will take full responsibility for assigned contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and seamless project delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the company's operational strategies and improving project workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management
- Oversee mechanical contracts ranging from €5-20 million, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure project milestones are consistently achieved.
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site managers, and subcontractors, to deliver outstanding results.
- Maintain strict oversight of project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
- Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any project concerns.
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring work meets the highest quality and compliance standards.
- Deliver detailed progress reports and oversee final project handovers, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical contracting, specifically in pharmaceutical or clean environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and piping.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects, maintaining control over timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- A strong client-focused approach, building lasting professional relationships.
- Practical and solution-driven approach to resolving project issues.
- Comprehensive understanding of Ireland's health, safety, and industry regulations.
- A full, clean driving licence is required for site visits.
