Compliance Supervisor 1

We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Compliance Supervisor in Cotehill, Co Cavan

Working pattern: Monday-Thursday from 08:30- 16:30, Friday 8:30- 15:30

Overall Purpose of the Job

You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment, enabling the business to operate effectively and in line with legal and contractual requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Regularly review and update site-specific compliance documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work (SSOW).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of the site 
• Prepare and present detailed reports 
• Ensure that all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters with the client
• Able to assist as a Cleaning Supervisor when required.

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 3 years' experience in a compliance-related role in Pharma, preferably in Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years' experience in Industrial cleaning.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance standards.
• Relevant certifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using compliance management systems and software.
