We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.

  • Work closely with senior chefs to develop your culinary skills.

  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while ensuring health and safety compliance.

  • Support inventory management and help minimise waste.

  • Show enthusiasm for learning new techniques and contributing to menu development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential—passion and willingness to learn are key.

  • A culinary qualification or relevant training is beneficial.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

  • A genuine love for food and hospitality.
