We are hiring a CNM 1-Endoscopy  in our Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
.
          Responsibilities
  • Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based, care planning approach.
  • Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership
  • Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, delivery and review of service user care by all staff in designated area
  • Exercise authority in the running of the assigned area(s) as deputised by the scheduled care Assistant Director of Nursing. 
  • Manage communication about the role of best practice in the triage of referrals


Requirements

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI
  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience in the specialty.
  • A recognized qualification within the specialty is desirable, as well as a minimum of 1 year of management experience and completion of a management training program.
  • ACLS certification is also desirable.
  • In addition to these qualifications, candidates must demonstrate proven clinical and professional ability, possess strong IT skills, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and engage positively with patients and staff is essential. Candidates should also be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills to excel in this role.
