Description

Cloud Support Analyst required for a permanent role with a Multinational Fintech based in Limerick.  The Cloud Support Analyst will join an established technical team supporting global clients ensuring the overall service is available and meeting SLA requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience is a Cloud support role with good knowledge of AWS. What is involved:

  • Providing Cloud support to global customers
  • Managing all allocated incidents through to resolution, and escalating through to other teams  as required
  • Ensuring all platforms (including AWS and ControllerView) are performing appropriately
  • Support of other team activities (e.g testing) as requited in relation to security events
  • Liaise with both internal teams and external stakeholders to keep informed of incident management
  • Building of new customer environments and on-boarding of new clients
  • Delivery of changes in operational environment

 

What is Required:

  • 2+ years in a Similar Cloud support role
  • Strong knowledge of AWS
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate and communicate technical issues to non-technical Staff .
  • Experience working in a global support position preferably in financial organisation
  • Experience with; Jenkins, Datadog, AWS cloudwatch
  • Working knowledge of ColtrollerView is a bonus, but not essential
  • flexibility to work to the ever changing needs of the team and greater organisation
