We are hiring Clinical Nurse Manager - Maternity Cover to leading Nursing Home in Dublin, Ireland.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• The post involves the planning and implementing of care provision and care plans for residents to meet excellent standards
  

• The Clinical Nurse Manager must ensure that the home is well managed and operates smoothly.
  

• Ensure that work is delegated in a fair and equitable manner.
  

• Implementation of policies and standards
  

• Provision of care in accordance with best practice and HIQA guidelines
  

• Supervision of staff executed in accordance with current HR policies
  

• Pivotal role assisting Nurse Management in developing services and implementation of change
  

• Flexibility is required in relation to hands on clinical duties as required
  

• Ensuring that organisational ethos is upheld
  

Requirements

• Staff Nurse currently registered with An Bord Altranais
  

• Five years post registration Staff Nurse experience
  

• At least 3 years Staff Nurse experience in care of the elderly
  

• Experience of implementing HIQA standards and regulations
  

• Post Graduate qualification in Dementia care/ Gerontology/Management is desirable
