Catering Assistant - Northwood (Full Time)

We would like to invite applications the position of Clinical Nurse Manager in our Northwood Residential Home, Santry, Co. Dublin

Salary: €13.75 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• To carry out any duties associated with preparing and serving meals, cleaning up after meals and maintaining the dining environment have been at the standard required by Bartra Healthcare.
• Ensure that food is presented in an appealing way.
• Seek to understand resident's/ patients' needs and requirements.
• Assist in the serving of meals and drinks ensuring that the correct meals are served to residents with special dietary needs.

Personal Hygiene and appearance:

• To be familiar with the Food Hygiene Manual and follow the standards stipulated.
• Wear enclosed, non-slip, clean black protective shoes & clean clothing at all times while on duty.
• Wear minimal make-up and fragrance. Long hair to be tied back or worn up and covered with hair net. No jewelery with the exception of a plain (no stones) wedding band.

Eligibility criteria/ Qualifications and/or experience

Qualifications

Essential requirements for the ideal candidate:

• Experience in similar role
• Knowledge of HACCP including good hygiene practices
• Flexibility/adaptability
• Excellent written /numerical/analytical skills
• Strong IT Skills
• Highly organised
