We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive. In your new role, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong aptitude for negotiation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximise revenue.
  • Continuously prospect and generate leads to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers through active networking and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand customers' needs and preferences to provide personalised recommendations and assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles.
  • Negotiate pricing, financing options, and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:
  • Must have proven experience in sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
