As the Building Services Manager, you will be a crucial member of our project delivery team, responsible for the seamless coordination and management of all mechanical and electrical activities. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient resource management while maintaining our high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Building Services Manager:
- A third-level qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in building services coordination.
- Previous experience working with a main contractor is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong client-focused approach, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
Building Services Manager Skills:
- Oversee and manage all stages of the MEP services project, from pre-construction and planning through to construction, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate and deliver detailed design team information in a timely manner to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive the successful implementation of all MEP deliverables across the project.
- Ensure strict adherence to the highest safety standards for all MEP works.
- Inspect installations against the agreed quality plan to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Monitor project schedules and review MEP service installation progress regularly.
- Foster strong collaboration with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the broader project team to achieve shared goals.
The Package:
Salary will be DOE but you can expect of a salary of at least €90,000 plus package to include vehicle, life insurance, income protection and more.
